This document sets forth the complete terms for our free‑product‑trial program operated by Bayview Beauty Group LLC. By placing an order for our trial offer, you agree to be bound by these trial terms, together with our Refund Policy and all applicable law.

Trial Offer Overview

Our trial program provides you the participating product at $0 product cost**. You only pay a flat shipping fee of **$19 per order. There are no recurring subscription charges, no automatic renewals, and no further product‑related fees under this offer.

Limit: One trial item per customer. This trial offer is available for consumer‑use only, not for resale.

How the Trial Works

1. Receive & Get Started

When your trial product arrives, inspect the product and all included accessories. Read all product instructions and use the item only as directed. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, please contact us immediately by email at stphnsluter@hotmail.com and provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos when available. We will assess your case and provide a resolution.

2. Test the product

Use the product within your normal daily routine following official instructions. You may take notes covering setup ease, real‑world performance, benefits, and any limitations or drawbacks you observe. Trying the product for its intended purpose does not disqualify you from our merchant‑funded return guarantee.

3. Share your honest feedback (optional)

Submitting a review or photos is completely optional. You are never required to leave positive feedback to participate in the trial or qualify for returns/refunds. Mixed, neutral, and negative feedback are equally welcome.

If you choose to submit feedback: ‑ Send your written review and photos to stphnsluter@hotmail.com, and include your order number. ‑ Remove or cover shipping labels, physical addresses, and any other private personal information from photos. ‑ Only include images of people who have given consent to appear. ‑ We will obtain your explicit permission before publishing any of your private feedback or photos. ‑ If you post reviews on public platforms, you must clearly disclose you received a free‑trial product and paid only shipping.

Merchant‑Funded Return Guarantee

Changed your mind or do not wish to keep the trial product? You may return it under our merchant‑funded return guarantee. This is not an insurance product.

Before mailing any item back, email stphnsluter@hotmail.com with your order number to request return instructions. Do not ship goods without prior instructions.
We cover all return postage costs; you pay $0 for sending the item back to us.
After we process your valid return, we will refund the original $19 shipping charge you paid, back to your original payment method.
The $19 shipping refund applies once per order, not per individual item. Because the trial product itself is $0, there is no product purchase amount available for refund.
Bank processing timelines for refunds vary by financial institution.
Your statutory consumer rights remain fully preserved under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete goods, reach out promptly with your order number, description of the problem, and photos. We will evaluate and implement an appropriate resolution in accordance with consumer‑protection law.
