Delivery area and charges

We ship from our U.S. warehouse to addresses within the United States. Participating trial products cost $0. Shipping is a flat $19 per order. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

Estimated arrival

Allow an estimated 4–8 business days from ordering, including processing and transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Contact us if your order exceeds this window.

Tracking and address changes

Use the order-status link in your confirmation email or sign in to your customer account. Tracking appears after shipment details are added and may take time to update. Contact us promptly for address corrections or cancellation requests; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery problems

For missing, damaged or delayed packages, send your order number and a description to our support email. We will review the shipment and available resolution. Do not send payment-card information.

Free returns and your $19 shipping refund

If you wish to return your trial product, contact us with your order number before mailing it. We arrange return postage at our expense, so you can send the product back at no return-shipping cost. We refund the original $19 shipping charge actually paid for your order to the original payment method. This refund is issued once per order, not per item. This is a merchant-funded return guarantee, not an additional insurance payout. Trying the product as intended does not disqualify you. A positive review or permission to publish photos is not required for this guarantee.

After delivery: share your experience and photos

Follow the product instructions and try it in your normal routine. Please describe how long you used it, ease of setup, what worked well, and any drawbacks or improvements. Positive, mixed and negative feedback are welcome.

Send your review and your own photos of the unpacked product, included accessories or product in use to stphnsluter@hotmail.com with your order number. Cover shipping labels, addresses and other private details. Only include people who agreed to appear. We will ask your permission before publishing private feedback or photos. In public reviews, disclose that you received a free product and paid shipping.
